Your registration is required in order to participate in the 15th International Symposium on District Heating and Cooling.
We kindly request you to complete your registration by August 28 (Sunday), 2016.
All registration can be done online on the registration page.
After the completion of registration, a confirmation e-mail with all the registration details will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within three days after your submission, please contact <email@example.com>.

Card payments: fixed exchange rate (1,100 won)
Deposit: 1,100won or exchange rate at the time of remittance
There are two ways to pay in order to register.
If you would like to pay with credit card, please follow the following process below,
Payment could be made also using the bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please follow the following process below. The Sender’s name or comment in the bank transfer should included the registrant’s name. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent by email to the registration office. Please note that the bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant, and the registrant’s name should be clearly stated on a remittance slip. Bank information follows below:

For a cancellation, The Cancellation Form should be submitted via e-mail(firstname.lastname@example.org)
or fax(+82-2-555-4447) to the registration office before Aug. 28.

In case a registrant cannot participate for unexpected reasons, she or he can name a replacement, who will take his place without additional fee. To make this possible, the registrant has to inform of personal information of the replacement via email@example.com before 28th of August.
